Lazaros Coss
Managing Partner
Lazaros received his education in Physics at UCLA and Harvard, and decided to transition into Finance after college. He quickly rose to become one of the youngest Directors of a Fortune 100 Financial services firm at the age of 23. His experience not only provides a strong mathematical background and problem-solving ability, but also excellent communication, sales, leadership, and management skills. Lazaros is known to give his 100% when it comes to achieving a goal and has a can-do attitude that will positively impact most teams that he is a part of.
Karolina Demianczuk
Managing Partner
Karolina has spent six years in the startup industry building technical teams. She has been a co-organizer and a speaker for startup events, such as Women's Startup Lab, Bitspiration Festival, MCE^3 Conference, and The Leaders School. She has received international awards, including ‘She’s Merced’ by Mercedes Benz, 'Global Perspective', 'Woman of The Year: Business Innovation', and 'New Economy Hero' awards. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Warsaw School of Economics and Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School.
